A: Shopping at ChouChouHome Curtains is safe. We process all sales through a secure Shopify Payments system. We also offer Paypal as an additional payment option.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?
A: ChouChouHome Curtains charges your card for the full amount when your order is processed.

What is the status of my order?
A: All orders will be processed the next business day.

How do I know when my order has shipped?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your UPS tracking details. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as the emails have the tendency to be re-directed there.

Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we provide transportation services worldwide

How long does shipping usually take?
A:Normally you will receive it within 5-8 working days. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal for all orders.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving the package. Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. To make a return, please email support@choouchouhome.com. Please also include the reason for your return, thanks!

A: The curtain products on our website are all handmade

Is the size of the curtain product accurate?
A:Because it is handmade, the actual product will have an error of 3%, which belongs to the normal range。

A: All products are taken in kind, due to lighting and other issues, there may be a little chromatic aberration.
